I had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the old city, close to all the main attractions. The staff were very friendly and helpful, always there to assist with any requests. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a small bathroom. I loved the balcony on the top level, offering an amazing view of the sea. The breakfast was a highlight, with a variety of delicious Turkish dishes to choose from.
No improvements needed, everything was perfect.

The hotel offered excellent value for money. The staff were all very nice and did everything they could to help. The location was great, with lots of places to eat very close by.
The breakfast lacked variety and options. The rush hour traffic made it difficult to get to the hotel by taxi, and the streets were narrow and prone to traffic jams.

The staff provided excellent service, going above and beyond to make our stay nice. We had a wonderful experience at the spa, particularly the relaxing Hammam treatment. The location was perfect, with major attractions within walking distance. The breakfast spread had a great variety of delicious options. Despite a few minor drawbacks, we would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Istanbul. a great choice for your trip.
